Using JMeter with TM1?

Birkenfeld, Dr. Florian
Dear all,

I'm new to JMeter and want to use it to test a web application of IBM Cognos TM1 (Version 10.2.2).
So far I managed to record a login and logoff process, make "session ID" and "object ID" variable, use a list of users and run all that successfully.

I failed to navigate from one web sheet to another (seems the "object ID" changes without notice).
I also failed to run a TI-Process via action button (the reaction in tm1server.log was merely the disabling and enabling of a related chore).

Anyone with some JMeter and TM1-experience who could advise?

Many thanks in advance
Florian

I haven't used TM1 and don't know, what it is, but I don't believe, that
an ID changes without notice.
Try to look at the html pages you get and search for the "new" ID.
Another culprit could be JavaScript in the browser. JMeter will not
execute "client-side" JavaScript.
