The exception tells that Response Time Over Times plugin is missing you just need to install it. It comes with JMeter Plugins Standard Set and the fastest and the easiest way of getting this is using JMeter Plugins Manager

What was weird for me was I was sure I had the class in the classpath, but you were correct ~ I needed to run jMeter in GUI Mode and then install that plugin:  Options --> Plugins Manager --> Available Plugins --> jpgc - Standard Set

Before I did that, I was getting a CNFE:

ERROR: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: kg.apc.jmeter.vizualizers.ResponseTimesOverTimeGui
*** Problem's technical details go below ***
Home directory was detected as: /opt/jMeter/lib
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: kg.apc.jmeter.vizualizers.ResponseTimesOverTimeGui
        at kg.apc.jmeter.PluginsCMDWorker.getGUIObject(PluginsCMDWorker.java:237)

THANKS!!!!
