Back in May TCU landed their first-ever 5-star recruit straight out of high school with Zach Evans. Now, a former 5-star recruit is headed to the Fort as former LSU defensive back Marcel Brooks has transferred to TCU, according to Jeremy Clark of 247 Sports. His reason for leaving LSU is simple he wanted to be closer to his family. With Brooks mom living in Fort Worth, TCU became the obvious choice. Currently, Brooks is seeking a waiver to become immediately eligible for the Frogs. Should he get one, he would have four years to play three.
