Ability to compare 2 or more load tests?

Anyone knows how it supposed to be done?

You need read the post down to InfluxDB and Grafana as results comparison is being done by these tools.

The easier option may be using this JMeter plugin which uploads results to JMeter Load Testing Cloud and there you'll be able to perform analysis of test results including a number of bi-dimensional graphs including different test runs results comparison.
